Good Morning and Merry Christmas Karla: I wish to regard the absolute professional and courteous manner of the maintenance crew that gifts us continually with their expertise. Alan, Justin and Ken all put their concern and professional hearts into what they do. Yesterday, I was bowled over by the thoughtfulness and artistry of Justin who came on a work order I had placed for the sink fixture in the kitchen. Not only did he tackle that with patience and practicality, he also was able to solve an issue I had with the light fixture in the bedroom with effortless speed. On top of that, he also gifted me with a wonderful updated light fixture in the bathroom! I feel that Christmas came early just on this aforementioned experience alone. Jeff and I always enjoyed such true heart felt efforts and assistance from Alan and Ken as well.
